Return and Exchange Policy


1. Overview

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If the product model does not match, the quantity is incorrect, the delivery is wrong, or there are quality defects due to our error, you can apply for a return or exchange. We will replace, replenish, or refund according to your request.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Reason for Return/Exchange: Only returns and exchanges due to our error, including incorrect product model, incorrect quantity, wrong delivery, or quality defects, are accepted.

  • Personal Reasons: Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons will not be accepted, and the associated responsibilities will be borne by you.

  • Time Limit: Return and exchange requests must be made within sixty (60) days of the invoice date.

  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

3. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Before returning or exchanging, please email orders@realoptec.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Provide the original invoice number, order number, product labels, photos of the problematic products, and a brief description of the reason for return or exchange. If the quality issue cannot be shown through photos, please provide detailed testing methods.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Carefully package the returned products, keep the original packaging, and ensure they are in resalable condition.

  • Include the RMA number, original invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Prepay the shipping costs and use a trackable shipping service to send the products to the address provided by our customer service.

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
